    The recent set of pilates classes that you completed were taught by two physiotherapists - the founder of Live Well Waterford, Laura Carroll, and chartered physiotherapist, Catherine Keogh. This is the first time a set of classes has been co-taught. We would greatly appreciate any feedback you have regarding your experience of the recent classes. We very much welcome positive and negative feedback - it is the only way that we can ensure that we offer the best standard of classes. We truly value your opinion.

    We are continually trying to make our classes better and offer more services under the Live Well brand.

  • Fitness classes incorporating pilates and cardiovascular exercise may be offered in the future. These would be held either in the outdoor arenas in Ballygunner or alternative venue e.g. local park, Deise Greenway when it officially opens.
